The terms of a stay, plainly.
- Minimum stayThree nights throughout the year — five nights in July, August and over New Year.
- Cleaning€160 per stay, charged once — the final clean after you leave.
- Payment50% on booking to hold the dates, the balance 30 days before arrival. Bank transfer.
- Security deposit€2,000 by credit card, one week before arrival. Returned 15 days after check-out, less any damage or loss.
- CancellationCancel more than 60 days before arrival and half the deposit paid is refunded. Within 60 days, no refund.
