When you write to us, your information stays with us. This page tells you what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

Who we are
Casa Andrea is a private villa in Contrada San Raffaele, 72019 San Vito dei Normanni (BR), Italy. The site casandrea.it is operated by the owners of the property. For any privacy question, write to us at info@casandrea.it.
What we collect, and why
The only personal data we collect is what you give us when you use the reservation enquiry form on this site: your name, email, optional phone number, requested arrival and departure dates, number of guests, and any message you choose to add. We use this information for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to organise your stay. Nothing else.
Where it goes
The form is processed by Netlify, Inc. (our hosting provider, headquartered in the United States), which delivers the message to us by email and stores a copy in the project dashboard so we can read and answer it. Netlify is bound by EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EU. We do not pass your information to anyone else.
How long we keep it
If you book, we keep your contact details for the duration of your stay and for two years afterwards (for accounting and goodwill follow-up). If you do not book, we keep your enquiry for twenty-four months in case you come back, then delete it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no marketing cookies. It does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracker at the time of writing. We do load Google Fonts from fonts.googleapis.com, which may receive your IP address — Google states this data is not used for advertising in this context. We also load a small client-side script that measures page-load performance (Core Web Vitals) and logs to the browser console; no personal data is collected or sent by it. If we add analytics in the future, this page will be updated and a clear cookie notice will appear first.
Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to ask us what data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to object to its use, or to receive a portable copy. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@casandrea.it. We respond personally, usually within a day. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page and, when the change is material, we mention it in the next email reply we send you.
